How to Build and Submit Your Order
You can create your own size assortment by model and add all items to your shopping bag. Once you reach the minimum order amount (R$ 5,000.00), you may complete and submit your order for our approval. Afterward, we will contact you to confirm the approval, discuss the best payment method, and define the shipping option. Please follow the steps below:
Choose the product / color / size / quantity and add it to your shopping bag. Repeat this step until you complete the desired assortment for each model, collection, or print.
Make sure you have reached the minimum order amount of R$ 5,000.00.
Once you complete your desired assortment, review your shopping bag and click Proceed to Checkout.
The payment method will appear as To Be Arranged, so the order can go through our review process before payment is completed.

Regional Analysis
Rygy conducts a regional analysis for new wholesale partners in order to avoid direct competition in areas where we already operate through our own stores or established multibrand partners within the same service region.
Exchange Policy
Products purchased through the wholesale modality cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Customized products, altered items (hemming, tailoring adjustments, etc.), or personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Rygy reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the returned product does not comply with the conditions described above. In such cases, the product may be sent back to the customer without prior notice, accompanied by an explanation for the refusal.

If your address information is incomplete or cannot be confirmed, Rygy reserves the right to cancel the order for security reasons. Delivery times and shipping costs may vary according to the destination and shipping method selected. Delivery times are counted from the identification or approval of your payment.
Deliveries are always made during business hours. We ship throughout Brazil via Correios and Braspress transport services. International shipments are sent via FedEx. Please check delivery times and shipping costs during checkout.
Attention: Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be reviewed and/or shipped on Mondays. Orders placed on holidays will be reviewed and/or shipped on the next business day.
